Booking Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Spring and summer dates fill quickly, so reserving as early as possible is best.
How do I book an artist?
Simply complete our contact form with your event date, location, and details. We’ll confirm availability and send your quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A a deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. You will pay for the deposit through our website via PayPal, You do not need to have an account to make the deposit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major payment options, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and cash.
Event Setup
What do I need to provide?
We ask for a shaded outdoor spot or indoors with ample lighting. We need at lease a 5X5 space. We bring all necessary tables and chairs.
Can you work outdoors?
Yes, we work outdoors often. For hot Florida days, we require shade or cover to keep our artists comfortable and paints in great condition.
How many guests can you paint per hour?
Most artists can paint about 12-16 children per hour, depending on design complexity. For large events, we can edit our designs to accommodate larger number of quests.
Safety and Products
Are your paints safe?
Yes. We use FDA-compliant, hypoallergenic, non-toxic paints made specifically for skin. All brushes and sponges are sanitized before each event.
Do you offer waterproof face painting?
Yes. Our Waterproof Face Painting uses ProAiir Hybrid Makeup, which is resistant to water, sweat, and smudging. It’s perfect for pool parties, water parks, and outdoor events in St. Petersburg and Tampa.
Policies and Cancellations
What happens if it rains?
We’re happy to work indoors or under a covered area. If weather forces a cancellation, we’ll help you reschedule your event whenever possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Deposits may be transferable to a new date if rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe and we are available.
Do you travel outside St. Petersburg?
